What is the purpose of a poem that depends completely on images?

to help readers see something in a new and different way
to show readers what would happen if we just thought in images
to make sure that readers don't think of anything else
to prevent readers from thinking about ideas

Well pictures arent supposed to take away from a main idea. They are supposed to help you visualize whats going on. Its like reading the three little pigs..... The pictures arent supposed to cut out all of the other details, they are supposed to add content to make more sense.
