The Arabian peninsular was mostly desert and so many Arabians who herded animals had to go around in search of food and water for their animals. This made them nomadic.

Oasis were available in the desert and the people founded trade centers and towns in these oases. They also practiced agriculture here as these were the only places they could do so in the desert.

In conclusion, the Arabian Peninsular led to some Arabians being nomadic and towns and trading centers being established in oases.
