Since Arabia is a desert people were forced to migrate to oasis (oasis is a grassland in the desert) Arabia is a peninsula, so people came to trade when they did so cities were formed
The geography of the Arabian Peninsula shaped the people there in several ways such as:
- It led to many being nomadic animal herders
- It led to oasis being important trade centers
- Oasis became scenes of agriculture
The Arabian peninsular was mostly desert and so many Arabians who herded animals had to go around in search of food and water for their animals. This made them nomadic.
Oasis were available in the desert and the people founded trade centers and towns in these oases. They also practiced agriculture here as these were the only places they could do so in the desert.
In conclusion, the Arabian Peninsular led to some Arabians being nomadic and towns and trading centers being established in oases.
