Answer: Recruiting and Supply donations.
Explanation: Propaganda historically has had a major impact of getting men to sign up, whether it be a modern TV ad to join the Army or a old WWI poster to get men to enlist, these bring men in. In times of war, propaganda has also had effects of getting people to donate raw materials. Such as people turning in there bumpers on there cars to used to build things from knifes to ships.
Propaganda tries to help with the war effort by getting regular citizens to either sign up to help in the war, or to get them to donate or volunteer for something else that might help the war effort. Time has shown that in times of war, we need everyone to help and participate whether that means using less supplies/groceries so that the government has more money to use on the war, or making/finding things that may be useful in times of war.
