Warm fronts and stationary fronts usually produce light precipitation. A stationary front forms when two air masses cold and warm they are incapable of opposing each other. The weather remains cloudy during a stationary front and snow and rainfall occurs. As when a warm front and stationary front comes at a boundary they are likely to produce little precipitation.
