The correct answers are: Africa and Asia.
Africa, as a whole, has huge problems with the human rights violations, and it is hard to pick a single country where that is not happening. The continent as a whole is ruled by bad politicians and religious extremists, and the end product is that most of the people suffer, are put on the margins, and do not have the basic human rights.
Asia is a little better, but still, in bigger percentage of the countries, the human rights are violated. While there are some countries that are prime examples of how a country should work, like Japan, on the other side of the spectrum there are the dictatorships like North Korea and Turkmenistan where everyone is under the mercy of a single person.
