The Magna Carta required the king (as executive) to be bound by law. Which of these statements best reflects how this idea applies to the U.S. Bill of Rights?

Respuesta :

In the U.S. Bill of Rights, nobody is exempt or above of the law, meaning that even the president can have charges pressed against him/her. If the president is convicted of a crime, they can possibly be impeached, or thrown out of the presidency. This idea was directly influenced by Magna Carta, as many ideas were also. Hope this helps! :)
