If its just normal:
"i used to help my grandma every day and go to her house to give her a baked good, something different every day. then we moved but now the kids next door took my place and are helping her now"
If it's a job interview:
It doesn't have to be work related but if it is, so much the better. Someone didn't know how to use a tool or an app to an assigned project and you helped them learn it and in doing so, learned something new yourself. Or you helped an elderly neighbor reinforce his front porch and repaint it. You walked the dogs for a friend when he was laid up with a bad back. You paid for the order of the person behind you in the drive-thru at the coffee shop. You helped Amon with her three kids on a flight and kept them busy and amused.
There are a million examples you could use; pull one from your own life and describe it fully.
