The teachers in your school have decided they will not give homework for the whole school year.

Do you think that it is a good idea for teachers to stop giving homework? Write at least one paragraph in support of your opinion to give to your principal. Make sure you write at least three sentences and include your opinion and supporting reasons.

I belive that it is not a good idea to stop giving out homework becuase, it helpes students practice what they have learned in school. It also helps students become smarter. The last reason is that it can keep them ocupied with something productive throught the day.

Explanation: Most people especially high-schoolers get a lot of homework. They don't have time to do other stuff like spending time with family and friends or playing sports and etc.. . This is also a good idea because 80 % of homework, especially now since we have online school, is on computers. 7 hours of screen time a day, plus extra hours for homework. This is obviously bad for your eyes, which is why it is important to stop giving homework, or at least limit homework.
