Answer: Alfred Stieglitz believed that photography to be art it should be fine arts and potentially it is equal to painting and the traditional graphic arts. After this he also became a leader of a movement in The United States that is related to fine arts. He also announced about a new organization in 1902, that is known as Photo secession.
