I would probably try to incorporate good fruits and veggies to their daily meal. Go on a bike ride or have some outside activity time and get them in a sport that requires physical activity.

at first i will do some savings before having child and after my child birth i will provide him /her balanced diet and i will always make my child stay hydrated and i will take my child to go morning walk with me everyday and motivate him/her to do physical activities rather than sitting only like playing out games creative activities so that no problem of obesity will occur
