However, over the centuries, we have learned that language has never stopped the learning and trading of cultures, ideas, and goods. Travelers on the Silk Road have communicated, regardless of their Saxon and Tibetan linguistic differences, and that pattern can still be seen today in global trading. Using passions of education, curiosity, and the immersion of cultures, we can continue to learn about the people around us through the languages of human kind, and create bridges between nations and those who we may not understand.
