Which course must first-time drivers in Florida take to be eligible for their learners license

I looked it up and this is what I got
All first-time drivers (minimum age 15) must take a Florida drivers education course in order to get a Florida learners permit. The Florida DHSMV calls this Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education

we commonly call it the drug and alcohol course, but the acronym for it is TLSAE
