The best way is to warn he/she about what to do if it does happen and show them the steps to prevent it. First you would block user from trying to things that are bad. Secondly you could report user to stop them from the bad things they have done. Three you would tell the kid what good and bad and where to go and where not to go. Their are many ways to tell the kid about internet safety like don't download things from unprotected sites because you can get viruses and not post bad or hurtful comments like cyber bulling.
