Farmers couldn't pay their bills because they struggle to get money and it was hard for them to get money because of the Lackey work they had to do to be able to feed their families they practically used I don't know all their money to help other people and I don't know that families or something like that and the other like tax issues and other things like that and they took their money so they had nothing else to play with because of all the tax issues
