First solve the time it takes to displace to 22 m D = 0.5( Vi – Vf)*t 22 m = 0.5 ( 11 + 26) t T = 1.1891 s Solve for acceleration D = vt + 0.5at^2 22 = (11)( 1.1891) + 0.5(1.1891^2)a A = 12.6169 m/s2   F = ma Since the work is only done in the horizontal direction F sin (30) = (12 kg) ( 12.6169 m/s2) F = 302.8056 N
