because dynastic rulers were so cought up with war they let china have a time of pease so they could focus on wining

From around 1766 BCE to the twentieth century of the Common Era, China was managed by traditions. An administration is a family that passes control starting with one age then onto the next. An administration does not need to keep going for quite a while. One Chinese administration endured over 800 years while another kept going  just fifteen years.
