The major difference between the two comes in how they are made. A law must go through the entire legislative process. It must be approved by both houses of Congress and signed by the President. By contrast, an executive order does not have to do any of these things.

Executive Orders provide required requirements for something like the Executive Authority as well as seem to have a legal force.

  • They typically proclaimed throughout the response to legislation approved by Parliament or perhaps throughout the accordance given authority provided to such President either by Constitutional and that they should be compatible with those kinds of provisions.
  • Such orders are generally numbered throughout the ascending order, thus a greater proportion indicates that the order was issued relatively recently.
