Everything we learn should first be questioned as we cannot be reliant on someone else telling us there opinion of something. We as individuals have different opinions and values and therefore must question everything, for example if an individual says a certain fitness program is the best one, we cannot just believe that as a fact as although it may be the best fitness program for them, it is subjective to each individual and will not always be the same.
