Pick any two rows you want from the table. I'll pick the first and third rows.
These rows say that (2,-1) and (4,4) are points on the line.
Use the slope formula to get...

m = (4-(-1))/(4-2)
m = (4+1)/(4-2)
m = 5/2 is the slope
