I believe the best choice will be A because training in cardio will burn the most calories and will help him get to where his body has a healthy composition and then the flexibility exercises just add on to it because it will relieve some stress off of the body.
Brent's doctor wants him achieve a healthy body composition. Strength training and cardio exercises would be the best for Brent.
