how do you keep from getting disciplined at school? I got written up for tossing a pencil to my friend in class lol! Is that even right to do that?

Mind the rules. Listen. Just be good? And Don't throw pencils. 
you just be sensible and focus on your work. try not to get distracted and be silly.
