My recommendation is to take each question, reword it so it works as an answer; for example "A structure that is an example of a good design is (insert your answer)". Then you take those sentences and put them all together so it forms a paragraph or more. You may have to move them around a bit so they flow better. Depending on the sentence requirements you have I also recommend adding in extra sentences to explain your answers to each question.
