Smith's Vacuum Company is giving their employees the chance
to earn a $1000 bonus by being the first employee to sell 100 vacuums.
Bob sells on average 3 vacuums every hour and Susan sells on average
1 vacuums every 30 minutes.
How much time, in hours, will pass before someone earns the $1000 bonus?

34 hours for bob because 100 divided by 3 is 33.333 and you would round up because you would need the extra hour to finish and sell the extra vacuum.

Susan would take 50 hours because 1 every 30 minutes that would be 2 per hour so 100 divided by 2 is 50 so 50 hours.

So it would take 34 hours for someone to earn the $1000 bonus and that person would be Bob.
