Can someone explain to mean what does pick a word or line from the passage from the article and respond to it and discuss a move made by the writer in this piece that you think is good or interesting? I confused I just need someone to break it down for me on what I need to do with those two questions I need to answer for this article

I think it means you pick a sentence or word that the writer said in the article then say something about it (not really sure about the move made by the author part so just ask the teacher about that.) then maybe write what you found interesting about the article
