Yes, you should expect differences because animals use their body temperature to keep them either cool or warm from the environments they live in. You wouldn't expect a big change from an insect like a bee because the environment Isn't that warm or cold.

Yes each one has different body temperatures and different climates they live in. A lizard is a reptile which means it is cold blooded. Since they are in different climates, of course their bodies would develop some kind of thing so they could adapt in that environment.
