1. Lungs can be compared to balloons and the bronchioles as Y- tube. When the air is blown through the Y-tube, the balloons expands. This shows that the lungs (balloons) expand during inhalation.
2. Lungs can be featured as the " heart " of a living body. Uses of lungs are innumerable.

• Lungs help in increasing oxygen content in our body, which is necessary for our existence.
3. Answer is NO. It is not possible to work if only one lung is functioning. Both lungs play a minor difference role in the body.
