Can I work at a place that exposes stuff I’m allergic too?

For example I just applied to work at Jamba Juice but I’m allergic to most fruits like apples, peaches, cherries, and pomegranates.

Would it be safe?

if you arent allowed to take a single frickin peanut into  an entire school bc someone is allergic to peanuts, you shouldnt work somewhere that  

a) smaller than a school you're even closer to the thing your allergic to and cant avoid it

b) has a lot of things you are allergic to
