I believe people in this situation should take a break and try to do things they enjoy. Having a up of tea or taking to someone you can trust can also help as well. If you could go for walks and just think aloud (as long as it’s safe) then do so. I am no profesional but my parents are who I turn to for help and comfort, and yes I know not all people have parents who even care. But seriously take it easy breathe and keep trying. You will see the light at the end and get through believe in your self
