The x versus t graph looks like a quadratic relationship, at least for the first half of the video clip. It begins with a zero slope, and then gets steeper and steeper, becoming linear at about 2.6 seconds. That means its velocity starts at zero and then increases steadily for the first 2.6 seconds. At that point, it seems to settle into a constant velocity.The vx versus t graph appears to be linear with a positive slope from about 0.4 seconds to about 2.6 seconds, where it seems to level off at about 7 m/s. That’s consistent with what we saw in the x versus t graph.
