Think of the technological giants today. Are the Captains of Industry
or Robber Barons?
Robber Baron is a person who has become rich through ruthless and unscrupulous business
practices (originally with reference to prominent US businessmen in the late 19th century).
Captain of Industry was a business leader whose means of amassing a personal fortune
contributed positively to the country in some way.

While I think the answer is subjective, I'd personally say Robber Barons. Companies like Apple for example, outsource labor and take advantage of cheap, poorly treated laborers.  Another example is IBM outsourcing their labor to India to cut costs. Not only does this take jobs away from our economy, the conditions and pay of laborers in foreign countries is often dangerous and unsustaining.
