Some things you could write about are:

- How you feel when you listen/play music

- Why is it special to you

- How often do you listen/play it

Vocab you could use:

- Immersed

- Special

- Important

- Deep

- Melodious

- Harmony

- Melody

- Passionate

For example, you could use some of these sentences:

"When I listen to music I feel immersed in it and my whole body and soul are into it"

" Music is important to me because when I'm deep in thoughts the beautiful melidious beats help me calm down"

" Music has a special place in my heart because that smooth melody that immerses my entire body and makes me feel so happy."

Write about how music makes you feel and what it is too you. does it make you feel safe? Does it make you sad or happy? Do you like how it makes you feel? Ask yourself and answer questions like that. Then once you get hooked on to a thought write it down. Sorry if it didn't help that much but this is just what I do when writing about something I'm passionate about so try it and lemme know if it works!
