In the body of someone with diabetes what is going wrong is their pancreas is either producing not enough insulin or no insulin at all, and this causes the blood glucose levels to fluctuate therefore causing the body to not have enough energy and that will cause alot of major problems in the body.
Diabetes is when someone’s pancreas stops working. A pancreas produces insulin. Insulin is used to break down sugar. Without being able to produce insulin, your blood sugar can go high. If your sugar goes high, then they need to inject insulin in themselves by shots or a device.
