A piece of wood is cut in the ratio 5:2:1 . if the shortest piece is 120cm , what is the length of each of the other two pieces ? ​

If the shortest piece, 1, is 120cm, just multiply it by 2, then 5

120 x 2 = 240cm (the 2 in 5:2:1)
120 x 5 = 600cm (the 5 in 5:2:1)
