With
the mentioned characteristics such as censorship, one-party dictatorship and
the replacement of religious ideals all pertain to a Totalitarian government or
Totalitarianism. It is a kind of political system in which the state exercises
total authority over the society and would like to control all aspects of both
public and private life. It does not permit individual freedom and subjects the
individual to the government authority.
