i don't really understand... my point is every drug on earth MUST be tested on humans eventually. human testing is allowable only if the previous tests (on tissue in vitro cultures and on animals) went enormously well and promising. if there is any chance that a new chemotherapy drug works then it should be tested on humans. remember that every patient willing to test a drug signs a proper consent prior to clinical trial.
