1) Chaitanya (1486 - 1533)
- Chaitanya was a very popular bhakti saint who was born in a Brahman family at Bengal and was popularly known as Sri Gauranga.
- He was a saint reformer who travelled to a lot of places and one inspite being fact is that he had a very deep belief in lord Krishna. He realised that God can be found in love being devoted, dance and songs.
- He deducted the caste system and he was strongly believed in establishing brotherhood relationship with all the people's.
- He was opposed in many dominations so he wrote a book called Ashtak Shiksha in which he gave information about shastras and later began to worshipping incarnation of lord Krishna.
2) Saint Kabir
- Saint Kabir was born in a Hindu widow family in Banaras. From his childhood, Kabir was a meditative child.
- He started worshipping in incarnation of lord Ramanand and grew with discipline of Vedanta philosophy.
- He want to live a life which is spiritual and temporary satisfactory and was great impressed by the teachings of Muslim Saint Pir Taqi.
- He preached a religion of love and devotion promoting unity against all caste system and spread the idealism of word Bhakti.
