Answer: B D and C. D is also common but some familf could still be sent together. I'd still go with D also. An example of this is from an excerpt of say the Dairy of Anne Frank when she was separated from her family and Died of Poor Food in a Nazi Prison Camp. A? I don't really Think it was in effect since they had to build bonds in order to survive in the camps. If it's for Nazi Soldiers Then yes.
