well- we haven't seen the full extent to saitama's power- we have seen goku's tho in db dbz dbgt dbs dbh and dbsh. Goku has mastered UI in less than an 45 minutes (the tournament of power was 45 min) In dragon ball Super Heros, he was able to combine- super saiyan blue (ssgss) and altanamus ultra instinct to take out gurnola (GuRnOlA bAr) That was a huge power jump for goku- goku has also gone toe toe with EVERY god of destruction in dragon ball heroes. Saitama on the other hand, like i said we haven't seen his full power- the strongest punch from saitama weve seen in the anime was against Boro- but in the manga he annihilated lord orochi- with this power ive come up with a theory that in dragonball turms, saitama is only as strong as golden frieza at most- only from what weve seen. I think that because in the manga it says lord orochi is dragon level threat- not even planetary strength- meaning he cant destroy the planet making him NOT a god level threat- so he cant make the human race go extinct. Lord orochi is most likely as strong as Perfect cell because if I chose any weaker villain than it wouldn't match the strength BUT if i chose stronger as in kid buu it wouldn't make sense because within a minute kid buu literally wiped the human race And if less power such as final form frieza then he wouldent be powerfull enough so-
with my conclusion i think Goku would win and yes- people can say No SaItAmA iS sTrOnGeR bEcAuSe HeS oNe PUnCh MaN
But they cant beat my facts that i have shared.
From what we know- Goku is currently stronger than saitama.
