Objects in the sky could really be moving. You and tell if you stand vary still and focus on the object. Or they reflect our motion through space, which makes it look like the object is moving.
Just look at it or measure the angle of the object from your position and see if it has change relative to your location and not the orbiting of the earth around the sun
