Let x be number of giftcard of 25$

y be number of giftcard of 50$

x+y=54

x=54-y. equation 1

25*x+50*y=2250

25(54-y)+50y=2250

1350-25y+50y=2250

25y=2250-1350

25y=900

y=36

put value of y in equation 1

x=54-36

x=18
