Three causes behind the lack of skilled manpower are: The main reason for the lack of skilled manpower is illiteracy because nowadays education is very expensive so a lot of people are unable to get educated. ... The third one is our education system. The Indian education system does not aim to produce skilled works.
Nepal has not produced enough manpower needed for it. Some sectors have much manpower than required whereas some sectors have less manpower. Consequently, many people are unemployed. A portion of highly skilled manpower is not satisfied with the salary, privileges and terms and condition of our country.
