Lola looked sadly at her first attempt of plating this Filipino-style fish fillet in adobo sauce. It didn’t look appetizing at all. First, she picked up a small squared plate so the fillets were crowding on it. She forgot to buy parsley or green onions so she thought decorating the dish with a tomato flower was good enough. Some fillets were abnormally large. She was definitely sloppy as she was cutting them. She drenched the fillets in her batter mixture 4 times so the breading was really thick. The worst part of all is that she got too engrossed with the film she was watching that she forgot to serve the dish immediately.​
