In 2022, I want more world peace, more honestly in others, more sleep, and self-care. I want to read more, drink more water, spend more time outside, eat healthier, workout more, and spend more time with friends. I want to dress up more, be more confident and I want to laugh more.
This year, I want less hate and less negative self-talk. I want less distraction, wasted money, and pollution. I want less toxic friends, gossip, and peer pressure. I want less anxiety and self-doubt.
