Plates and cups was provided for three hundred and sixty-five guests at the principal table, there was also a knife and fork at the sideboard for the twenty-ninth of February. Rainy Days came in dripping and Sunshiny Days laughing. Wedding Day was their in marriage finery Pay Day came late, and Doomsday sent word he might be late. Answer:

There are plates provided only for 365 guests or days.

But they say there was also a knife and fork at the sideboard for the twenty-ninth of February which is a leap year and leap year has 366 days

so there is one Plate and cup missing for a guest......
