So the point of A from the origin is 12ft to the right and 24ft up, or better still it’s at the point (4,8). Since the scale doubles to 6 ft, the coordinate will half. So 12 ft to the right is reflected over 2 to the right and 24ft up goes to 4 squares up because we divide it by 6ft for the scale. Doing this and plotting the point you’d get (2,4) which is half the original coordinate of A as I said it will be.
