Lets say ur angry, u need to calm done and speak calmly and respectively to avoid emotional stress. If ur crying you will have trouble communictating because when u cry not only are ur eyes tearing up, u start to have a slight trouble breathing. Just make sure ur calm when u communcate and make sure u feel a calm emotion
