What are Roles?

This is the position or purpose an individual has in varying types of situations.

Being an employee and spouse ensures seamless communication, peace and respect when around people. This ensures conflicts are avoided and the required experience is imparted.

These roles aren't in tension with each other and it makes people perceive me as being responsible and inclusive in the society.
