The First music machines were those that we have all scene music boxes with pennies that we could rewind the keys. Then came the large machines with metal discs. These also came in boxes. Finally, someone developed the machines with paper rolls that could play the music of several instruments. We call them player pianos.
What is wrong with the first sentence?
A. It needs a subject.
B. It is a run-on sentence.
C. it is a sentence fragment.
D. It is too long.
There should be a period or a coma after we, since the sentence changes to “all scene music boxes” which is a different subject and therefore it is a run on for the first sentence.
