HELP PLEASE!!!

I was sure the answer to this question was "reflector." But it's not any of the answer choices!!!!! I'm confused since all the possible answers are adjectives, not actual things! I think they're maybe asking for a ____ surface???? HELP!

I believe the answer would be diffused as reflection is divided into three types: diffuse, specular, and glossy.

If you want some resources, I recommend you search with the keyword, 'types of surface that are reflective' as it will give you some helpful resources and because I am not supposed to post links either

i believe it may be soft as it’s defused light from an overcast sky, but i’m not for sure
