Answer: Early industrial factories and mines posed severe health risks, and workers were not compensated for their injuries. Burns, arm and leg injuries, amputation of fingers and limbs, and death could all result from machinery mishaps. Diseases, on the other hand, were the most common long-term health difficulties. It wasn't easy to run a factory back then. They were jam-packed with employees who were working as hard as they could to put food on the table when they returned home. One of them was me. Factory floors were filthy, machinery was inefficient, and the environment was not pleasant. They spent hours upon hours stacking, separating boxing, and so on. Many people were sick, while others were worn out.
